I can't do this with a majesty but yes I like to do it and I feel very energetic after doing 'Surya Namaskara'.<BR/><BR/>Along with physical fitness, yogic asanas are also helpful for spiritual growth.<BR/><BR/>These days I am practicing <A HREF="http://www.gurumaa.com/om-mantra-japa-meditation-pranav.php?genre=1" REL="nofollow">'om' meditation</A> with a guided cd, and doing '<A HREF="http://www.yogawonders.com/" REL="nofollow"><B>yoga nidra</B></A>'.
